Analysis of Topologies for Packing and Routing of Thermo-Electrical Systems with Pressure and Temperature Distribution Considerations

This study developed an algorithm that generates unique routing configurations for Thermo-electrical systems. This method is distinctive because it does not only focus on achieving the shortest routes, but the unique possible routes to be further optimized with physics-base considerations. As a result, this algorithm allows considering pressure losses and temperature distributions in the routing optimization. The aim of this study is not only to improve the packing density of these systems, but also the system performance by focusing on routing optimization.
